Benefits
Rapid anticoagulant action
Effective prevention and treatment of blood clots
Useful in emergency and critical care settings
Can be closely monitored and dose-adjusted
Reversible anticoagulant effect
Usage Instructions
Administer intravenously or subcutaneously under strict medical supervision
Dosage and duration depend on patient condition and coagulation parameters
Regular monitoring of aPTT or anti-Xa levels is required
Mechanism of Action
Heparin enhances the activity of antithrombin III, which inhibits thrombin and factor Xa, thereby preventing the conversion of fibrinogen to fibrin and inhibiting clot formation.
